Admission to the Investment Management Academy is open to current freshmen and sophomores at Gies College of Business. We review applications each spring.

Info Night
Date & Time TBDCandidates learn more about the academy, the fund, and the recruiting process. Attendance is required before formal selection begins.
- Step 02
Bootcamps
Date & Time TBDRequired preparation sessions introduce the concepts and expectations candidates should understand before the technical test.
- Step 03
Technical Test
Date & Time TBDThe technical test evaluates baseline investing knowledge, analytical thinking, and preparation from the required recruiting events.
- Step 04
First Round Interview
Date & Time TBDSelected candidates interview with a director to discuss their interest, preparation, and fit with the academy.
- Step 05
Final Round Interview
Date & Time TBDFinalists complete a director interview before admission decisions are made for the Fall 2026 cohort.
